Learning Facilitator
Joey started his career as an apprentice having first worked in restoring and maintaining steam and diesel locomotives for the private, industrial and heritage sectors. He then moved on to manufacturing becoming a CNC programmer and draughtsman for the medical, motorsport, music and aerospace industries.
As a Learning Facilitator at NMITE Joey draws upon his experience to support the manufacturing and design learners in the factory, as well as giving aid and guidance in the studios learning environments.
In his free time Joey enjoys classic cars, motorbikes and rugby.
Qualifications:
HNC in Mechanical Engineering, BTEC Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, NVQ Extended Diploma in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering (CNC Machining).
