Extensive experience in a wide range of sectors including, education, health, residential, retail, commercial property, leisure, estate services and facilities management. Worked successfully in both public and private sector with a proven track record of project delivery from inception to completion and beyond of major projects up to £750M.
Highly capable of leading teams in difficult circumstances with a particular expertise in contract, procurement and programme strategies. Held many senior roles including Regional Partner leading the offices of several major professional construction consultancies. Past member of numerous Construction sector bodies and advisory groups including providing consultancy and training on behalf of Welsh Government.
