In both his personal and professional life, Christian has demonstrated considerable commitment to personal development and growth, particularly with young people. Be it leading British Airways's apprentice, graduate and management development programmes, as Chair of his local Air Training Squadron or as Deputy Chair of Governors and Chair of the Remuneration Committee for a large Sixth Form College. He has extensive experience of corporate governance, oversight and scrutiny, especially in regulated environments.
