Tim is a highly experienced Director with a strong background in driving operational change within manufacturing businesses. With expertise in design for manufacture, process controls, and cost reduction, Tim brings extensive knowledge of various manufacturing processes. Their leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills have been enhanced over a career that spans from conceptual design to final manufacturing, including advanced training in lean manufacturing and process improvements.
Tim has successfully managed several manufacturing businesses across the UK, Australia, and Poland, producing and selling materials handling machinery on a global scale. Notably, in 2015, their business was recognised by the London Stock Exchange as one of the “1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain,” highlighting their significant impact on the UK economy. TM holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Product Design, along with a Postgraduate Diploma and an MSc. in Manufacturing: Management and Technology.
In their current role as Business Owner & Director at ABT Loadmac, Tim manages over 70 employees and oversees all aspects of production for major global brands.
