David has nearly 40 years as CFO/Chair of public and private companies. Now acting as a Non-Executive, Chairman and in advisory roles. He has experience in large, international plcs and in the last 20 years in private-equity backed businesses. Sectors include manufacturing, engineering, facilities management, utilities, consultancy and process outsourcing. He has advised on, and completed many transactions and business reorganisations. Education: BA (Hons), University of Manchester; Chartered Accountant trained with KPMG; MBA courses at Henley and IMD (Lausanne). David lives in Herefordshire
