Jonjoe is an enthusiastic and personable Learning Technician with a passion for the arts and creative practices. With a background in mechanical manufacturing engineering and a first-class honours degree in Artist Blacksmithing from Hereford College of Arts, Jonjoe brings a unique blend of technical expertise and artistic flair to his role. His experience has allowed him to develop exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit, enabling him to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill levels. This ability to provide constructive dialogue and thoughtful feedback has been a key asset in his professional journey, which includes notable roles in blacksmithing and engineering.

In addition to his technical skills in manual milling, turning, and welding, Jonjoe has honed a high level of workshop etiquette and a keen understanding of health and safety practices. His recent scholarship at The Centre of Metal Arts, studying under renowned industrial artist blacksmith Pat Quinn, further enriched his perspective on how cultural backgrounds influence artistic expression. Jonjoe’s commitment to continuous learning and personal growth is evident in his inspiring connections within the blacksmithing community, both locally and globally.
