Samantha is a Commended and Chartered HR professional, bringing forth a wealth of experience from the education, manufacturing and engineering industries. She holds an MBA from Northampton University and she's a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Most importantly, Samantha's passionate about enabling a can-do culture of employee development, wellbeing and inclusion at NMITE; she's also NMITE’s Military and Veteran Liaison, supporting lifelong veteran learning.
In her spare time she's a proud mum to son Jack, a slightly frazzled mum to beautiful rescue pooch Coady, and a keen advocate of living a happy life.
