A Graduation Tribute from the Student Union Chair
Good afternoon, It’s an honour to stand here today, speaking on behalf of the current student community, as we gather to celebrate the achievements of those graduating today.
This moment is significant — not just to formally recognize your academic success but to celebrate and congratulate each of you on the journey you have taken to get here — the late nights, the deadlines, the stress and the group work, the moments of doubt — and the moments of relief when you remember you can do it.
For the first graduates, I am sure the path may not always have been smooth. your presence here today proves your resilience, determination, and ability to succeed in your coming in devours. As students still making our way through our academic journey, its invaluable to be able to look up to you.
To see the accomplishments that you have carved out, the challenges you have overcome, and a growth that comes not from your success -- but from the effort and perseverance you took to reach it. You have shaped NMITE in many ways. From the studios to the student experience, your constant flow of feedback helped to build the foundations of a community that values grit, determination and curiosity. On behalf of all current students, thank you.
We are inspired by your journey and proud to celebrate with you. As a current NMITE student, I want to say a huge thank you to all the supporters here in the audience today, from friends and family who support you as invidious to finical backers who donated to the Pioneer Fund.
Your generosity gave our very first students the confidence and security to take a chance on something new. -- But the journey is far from over, Future students will need that same support to thrive and succeed.
