Requesting Public Information

NMITE is committed to protecting the personal data with which it is entrusted. It provides access to such data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulations and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. It is also committed to sharing information as required of a public body subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

If you would like to request public information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information (FOI) from NMITE you should first check that it is not already publicly available in accordance with our Publication Scheme.  Before you make a request, please check whether the information you seek is already available on the NMITE website, which has a search facility.
